以我地一般14個人到8個嘅出席率，要長期持續咁打league，我諗要有18個左右嘅基本球員先可以維持，因為我地返工編更嘅變數太大...陣容要經常變化，位置經常調動，更重要嘅係我地冇龍門噃... :leo22:

至於體能亦需要操番一輪先至適應...

一試無妨...

其實最重要有三...1)有heart 2)唔怕輸 3)龍門

1)有心唔怕遲...俾大家有多一份共同經歷,多一個可以攞嚟講成世嘅話題,都係好事...平均兩星期一場,唔密...半場先至廿五分鐘,頂到...時間每人每日都有廿四小時,無分你我,好公平...

2)輸得起,唔怕俾人輪我地,場場試陣都無妨,宜家差唔多次次踢都係咁啦...

3)...龍門...要固定...冇嘢講...

現階段唔贊成....球隊重建中...急於提升至格鬥級無意義...傷患問題根本無可能應付...多番啲比賽...大家隊形位置再唔係估估下...踢得流暢啲再諗啦....老實講..現在既比賽密度算啱啱好....反而我讚成大家有好友..同事鍾意踢下波...不妨引進球隊一齊玩....慢慢加人...始終希望以現時人腳為核心.... :lone_ranger:

如果想多的比賽..米約多的友賽囉..
唔夠人就找下朋友踢...

聯賽唔係唔好, 我同班康泰人舊年就參加左...
結果係...初時大家好積極, 又唔怕輸...
不過, 老實講...當你收工後, 興致勃勃咁去到...
跟住係咁俾人輪, 輸得三四場...就愈黎愈辛苦兼士氣大跌...
所以, 聯賽必須有決心才能參加...
我們應是享受足球...
唔好搞到太有壓力...
